I founded NW Bloom Ecological Landscapes in 2000 and we have received numerous awards and recognition for our environmentally conscious work. NW Bloom is one of the few landscape companies that can boast of never using pesticides and utilizing sustainability in our everyday business practice from day one.

• Envirostars awarded NW Bloom a 5-star rating (highest) starting in back 2002 from Snohomish County and is currently ranked 5-star with King County.
• The Governor’s Award for Sustainable Practices – from the WA State Department of Ecology
• Mill Creek Veterans’ Monument  Grand Environmental Award for Community Service from WALP
• Eldred Residence  Grand Environmental Award for Unique Project from WALP
• A Family’s Little Farm in the City   NW Flower & Garden Show awarded NW Bloom with a GOLD medal for the show garden created in partnership with Seattle Tilth (Other awards won: • Sunset Magazine Western Living Award • Pacific Horticulture Magazine Award • 425 Magazine Editors’ Choice Award • American

• Holistic Retreat  won the Pacific Horticulture magazine award and a SILVER medal
